Group by color. Structure by branches. At the same time.
Color = group, branches = tree. A visual board that holds the picture in your head — share any board with one link, or build it from Claude. English app UI is brand-new; an occasional message may still appear in Japanese.
Ready to put the picture in your head on a board?
Google sign-in required (free). Anyone who receives a share link can open it without logging in. Starting from this page opens the app in English.
Two structures, one canvas
Sticky notes let you group by color. Folders let you organize by hierarchy. Normally you pick one — ReBox gives you both on the same screen.
- Color = group — pick a color in the side panel; same color, same family.
- Branch = parent–child — drag from a box's edge to another box to nest, like folders.
- Checklist = real % — give boxes item counts and progress comes from real numbers, not gut feeling.
Try it right here
No sign-in, nothing is saved. Grab a box and move it around.
No sign-in · nothing is saved · you can't break anything
From organizing to sharing, in one tool
A single dependency-free HTML file keeps it light. Works smoothly with both a mouse and a trackpad.
Drop boxes, connect branches
Double-click for a box, drag from its edge for a branch. Color = group, branch = tree.
Share & sync with one link
A share link opens the same board on another device; changes pull in about every 3 seconds.
Claude builds boards from chat
Connect the custom connector and your conversation becomes a board. Setup steps in 004 below.
Progress from real counts, not gut feeling
Checklist item counts drive the %. Watch it live in a read-only run view.
Tree view & auto-arrange
"Tree" shows parent–child branches as a folder-style hierarchy; "Arrange" lays the canvas out left to right.
Box charts
See box counts and value totals per color (group) as bar or pie charts.
File attachments
Attach files to any box (stored locally in your browser — attachments aren't included when you share a board).
Tabs for multiple boards
Switch between boards with tabs at the top — organize several topics in parallel.
Export / import
Take a whole board with you as a .rebox.json file — one file to back up or move.
Figma-like canvas controls
Scroll to move, Ctrl+wheel / pinch to zoom, Space+drag to pan. Marquee select, Shift multi-select, Ctrl+D duplicate. Note: pinch on touchscreens isn't supported — viewing works fine.
Research triage
Sort collected articles into "important / later / rejected" by color. See what matters at a glance.
Task dependencies
Connect "design → build → test" with branches and the order and dependencies become visible.
Idea dumps
Lay out ideas as boxes and classify them by color. The chart shows which category is filling up.
Use it from Claude (external AI, MCP connector)
In the Claude AI app, ask "turn this into a ReBox board" — Claude builds the board and hands you a share link. Connect the custom connector once using the steps below. Boards you create belong to your account and show up in "My boards" in the app.
Open connector settings
claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → "Add custom connector"
Paste the URL
Paste the connector URL below into the URL field and add it
Sign in with Google
Click "Connect" and you'll be asked to sign in with Google. Use the same account you use for ReBox
Just ask
"Turn this plan into a ReBox board" → you get a share link back
Note: this is a feature of the separate Claude app, not an AI built into ReBox (you need a Claude plan that supports custom connectors — paid). Boards you have open pull in Claude-side changes roughly every 3 seconds while the tab is visible (sync pauses in hidden/background tabs); each sync replaces any unsaved edits with the latest saved version, and concurrent editing isn't supported. The connector itself works fully in English.
Watch your boards even when you're not looking
Give a box a URL to watch and the server health-checks it every ~5 minutes. On trouble, the box shows a ⚠ with the error and you get an email. Your AI (Claude) checks in periodically and attempts safe auto-repair — never anything destructive without asking you first.
- Uptime monitoring — periodic ping per box; non-200, an error keyword in the body, or a failed connection is caught
- Alerts — ⚠ + cause on the box, email on any healthy→down transition
- AI auto-repair — your Claude checks every 15 min and fixes safely; risky actions escalate to you
- Unlimited run view — progress lane & run log with no usage cap

Honest notes (things you should know first)
- This is a solo indie project — small, live, and usable today (it is not a finished large-scale SaaS).
- Google sign-in is required to use the app (free). People who receive a share link can open it without logging in.
- The English UI is brand-new. Starting from this page opens the app in English, and the Claude connector works fully in English — but the translation just shipped, so an occasional message may still appear in Japanese. Your board content can be in any language.
- Sharing: anyone who knows the link can edit the board (no password yet). Concurrent editing isn't supported — the last save wins. The "view-only link" merely hides the editing UI; changing the URL re-enables editing, so it is not a strict restriction.
- Pro (uptime monitoring, AI auto-repair, unlimited run view) is pre-launch, so all features are in free preview right now. The Pro sign-up is an "early supporter" plan (price locked in); billing starts immediately, cancel anytime. The monitoring/auto-repair AI runs on your side via Claude.
